Tiger-Rock’s martial arts curriculum is rooted in taekwondo. Since our founding in 1983, we’ve evolved our training system by integrating elements from other disciplines such as hapkido, hanmudo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and modern physical fitness techniques. Our training includes a dynamic mix of drills that focus on kicking, striking, sparring, grappling, hand-eye coordination, and martial arts-based calisthenics.
Our program is designed for all ages and skill levels, helping students build muscle strength, enhance anaerobic power, increase flexibility and agility, and improve overall physical conditioning and endurance.
